This Refund Policy explains how refunds, returns, exchanges, and order cancellations are handled for purchases made on nutriplus-store.com, operated by Provoke Marketing LLC d/b/a NutriPlus.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible NutriPlus products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

This guarantee reflects our confidence in the quality of our products and our commitment to your wellness. You do not need to return unopened or opened products to receive your refund β€” you may keep the product, with our compliments.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, contact our customer service team by email at contact@nutriplus-store.com with the subject line "Refund Request β€” Order #[your order number]" and include your full name as it appears on the order, your order number (found in your order confirmation email), the product(s) you wish to refund, the reason for your refund request (optional but greatly helps us improve), and whether you prefer a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

Our customer service team will review your request within 24 to 48 business hours and respond with confirmation, additional questions if needed, or instructions for next steps.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, the request must be made within 30 calendar days of the delivery date as confirmed by the shipping carrier. The product must have been purchased directly from nutriplus-store.com β€” purchases made through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers are not covered by our guarantee and must be returned to the original seller. You must be able to provide your order number or proof of purchase. The refund request must come from the original purchaser or be authorized by them.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund: gift cards (electronic or physical), items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase, promotional bundles after the 30-day window has passed, subscription boxes that have already shipped (cancellation must occur before next billing β€” see below), and custom or personalized orders.

Additionally, original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example wrong item shipped or defective product).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at contact@nutriplus-store.com. Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, photographs of the damaged packaging and/or product, and photographs of the shipping label if relevant.

We will send a free replacement at no additional cost to you, or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees), at your preference. You will not be required to return the damaged or defective item in most cases, though we may request photographic evidence for quality control purposes.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If tracking indicates your package was delivered but you have not received it, first verify the shipping address on your order confirmation, then check with neighbors, building managers, and other household members, then contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to inquire about delivery confirmation, and wait 48 hours since packages sometimes show as delivered slightly before they arrive.

If after these steps the package is still missing, contact us within 14 calendar days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund. For packages confirmed as lost in transit (never delivered), we will issue a replacement or full refund without requiring you to return anything.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped, generally within the first 6 to 12 hours after placing the order, by contacting us immediately at contact@nutriplus-store.com. Include "URGENT β€” Cancel Order #[your order number]" in the subject line.

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, it remains eligible for our standard 30-day refund guarantee from the date of delivery.

Refund Processing Times

Once your refund is approved by our customer service team, processing times depend on your payment method. Credit and debit card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. PayPal refunds take 3 to 5 business days. Apple Pay and Google Pay refunds take 5 to 10 business days. Bank transfer and ACH refunds may take up to 14 business days.

Please note that the processing time depends on your bank or payment provider. NutriPlus issues the refund immediately upon approval, but the timeline for the funds to appear on your statement is outside our control.

If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again, including pending transactions. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often a processing delay before posting. Then contact your payment provider (for example PayPal). If still not received after 21 days, contact us at contact@nutriplus-store.com with your refund confirmation reference.

Subscription & Auto-Ship Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a NutriPlus subscription or recurring auto-ship program, you may cancel at any time by emailing contact@nutriplus-store.com or by managing your subscription through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. If you cancel after the next order has been processed and shipped, that shipment will still arrive, but no further charges will occur β€” the shipped product remains eligible for the 30-day refund guarantee. No cancellation fees apply.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product-for-product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or flavor variant, please request a refund for your original order and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory management.

Refusal of Service

NutriPlus reserves the right to refuse or limit refund requests in cases of suspected abuse of the refund policy (for example repeated refund requests across multiple orders, evidence of fraudulent intent), requests made outside the 30-day window without justification, purchases made through unauthorized retailers, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our customer service team. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may be disputed.
