When you create an account, place an order, contact customer service, subscribe to our newsletter, leave a product review, participate in a promotion, or otherwise communicate with us, you may provide identity data (full name, date of birth if requested for age verification), contact data (shipping address, billing address, email address, telephone number), account data (username, password encrypted, order history, saved preferences, wishlists), transaction data (products purchased, order totals, payment confirmation references β we do not store full credit card numbers, these are processed and tokenized by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors), communication data (support tickets, email correspondence, chat transcripts, survey responses, product reviews and testimonials), and marketing data (preferences for receiving marketing from us, subscription status).

We process your personal information based on one or more of the following legal grounds: performance of a contract (to fulfill your orders and provide our Services), consent (where you have given us specific consent, for example marketing emails), legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve our business, prevent fraud, and conduct marketing in a non-intrusive way), and legal obligation (to comply with applicable laws and regulations).

We may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, court order, subpoena, or government request, to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of NutriPlus, our customers, or others, to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services, or to enforce our Terms of Service.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, reorganization, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our Site of any such change in ownership or control.
We may also share your information for any other purpose disclosed to you and with your consent.
